The products processed by Japanese manufacturers had fins that were wavy like "shavings," but in China and Taiwan, they have devised ways to make the fins straight (suitable for small to medium production). Advantages: Since the base and fins are integrated, there is no loss of heat transfer. Processing of copper materials is also possible. Compared to extruded products, it allows for narrow pitch, high fins, and production in small quantities.
